  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Across Pakistan

  • We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Major cities: 2–4 working days

    • Other areas: 4–7 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or unavailable receiver, our team will contact you for re-delivery arrangements.

Parcel Opening Policy

For security and hygiene reasons, parcels cannot be opened before payment.
